About the event
Age Restrictions: Youth under the age of 18 must have a signed permission by parent or legal guardian. Youth under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult. This ddocument will be in your emails prior the signing up by filling out the form.
 Description: We need your help to remove invasive French and Scottish Broom plants. What to Bring: water bottle, gloves, and PPE. What is Provided: Necessary tools. Weather: Heavy rain or unsafe wildfire smoke conditions cancel the program. Please wear layers as Bay Area weather can be unpredictable.
COVID Considerations for Volunteers:
All participants must adhere to EBRPD Volunteer COVID guidelines and perform a temperature check and self-assessment at the start of each volunteer opportunity. Check our Volunteer Resources webpage for more info.
All Volunteers must have a signed EBRPD COVID waiver and an Annual Volunteer Agreement on file. These can be accessed through your account dashboard.
The Park District strongly recommends that participants complete their COVID Vaccine before arriving for an event and wear a face covering.
